(e.g. 45 seconds is charged as 60 seconds = 1 Credit) • Example: - Translating a 1 minute 25 second video into 1 language will cost 1.5 credits. - Translating a 2-minute video into 2 different languages will cost 4 credits.

Credit validity depends on your plan status: • Monthly Subscription: Credits roll over and remain valid for 2 months. • Yearly Subscription: Credits remain valid for 14 months (1 year + 2 months grace period). • Note: To utilize any accumulated credits, you must maintain an active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, your credits will be frozen until you resubscribe.

Our policy is as follows: • Technical Failures: If a translation fails due to our system errors, the deducted credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance. • Subscription Payments: We currently do not offer refunds for subscription fees. To help you make an informed decision, we offer 3 complimentary trial opportunities to translate 3 videos for every new user. Please fully utilize these trials to experience our features before subscribing. If you have already subscribed but decide not to continue using our services, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Please choose the plan that best suits your current needs.

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to the Settings page and clicking "Cancel Subscription" in the Subscription module. • Access: After cancellation, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. • No Future Charges: Once the current cycle ends, you will no longer be charged.

If your subscription expires (after the billing cycle ends): • Frozen Credits: Your unused credits will not disappear immediately; they are retained until their original expiration date. • Reactivation: However, you cannot use these credits while unsubscribed. If you reactivate your subscription before the credits expire, you will immediately regain access to use them.

If you run out of credits, you can simply upgrade your plan via your dashboard.
